Okay so ambien starting to work for me or I would not have had any sleep last two nights. The trick is to take it around 10 to 11pm. Stay in bed and do not eat anything for two hours before or after (food slows absorption). However it only works to get me to fall asleep and when i awake i am up for good which is usually 4-5 hours . Idk what to do about this insomnia except stop everything and mellow the heck out. My plate is so full right now with kids to soccer a zillion times, school future planning , carpool planning for next year for crying out loud....but its important to get in one that works so stress! And then shopping for 2.5 hours another 1/2 hour toput it all away.  After meeting with high school conselor to plan my 10 th graders future and then flying thru my easy run cause i dont have a minute to slow down before picking up carpool kids at school and then driving to Provo to get grandma 30 min away in traffic and then driving 40 min away to Riverton in traffic to a soccer game for Courtney (along the way switching cars cars with Troy cause the SUV sucks the life out of my wallet. And my head is spinning and my brain wont slow down and oh yah i somehow had time to get the chicken ready for dinner. Troy made the salad to put it into before we rushed over to watch a semifinal soccer game of Amber's in futsal, playing a team that has half their girls a year older and we lost 3-2. It was 2-0 and then when amber went in she cruised passed everyone and crossed from left side of field to right side of goal passed the goalie. Perfect goal. Then we scored again. But then  we just couldnt score again. Amber got hurt and came out of game with 8 minutes left. She is tough. She went back in for four minutes.  But she was limping. The girls they played were huge! As u can seee i just beed a break from adrenaline and life would be easy. No more soccer games they wear me out and no more shopping on my day off! I just want to zone out . Mainly cause my eye hurts alot and havent had time to make an appt during day hours so tmr appt is being made for this painful eye!!   AP for 10 miles 7:04 four miles sub 7. 6:56, 6:53, 6:40 and 6:48. Ran first 7 then picked uo carpool. Ten minutes later ran three more miles.  First seven 7:05 pace. Last three 7:03 .  Rolling hills. JUST LIKE BOSTON.  Except elevation going on here : D.  So hopefully it will feel even easier than it did today.  This pace very doable!!!
