7 miles to the rec ( I added on up the hills in PG).  AP 4:37 and that's with my first mile at Amber's pace to her elementary school.   40 minutes on the stair climber = 4.8 miles.  Started at level 8 for warmup x 5 minutes then stayed at level 10 and level 12 for the remainder of the time evenly. LARGE SWEAT DRIPS fell from my face and neck even though I didn't feel cardiovascularly winded.  Muscles working however in my legs.  Go legs.  No pushing off with my foot.  I guard it anyway but I am really trying to put NO pressure on it.    I did ultrasound it for 15 minutes before biking.    Finished with 40 mph wind gusts into my bike to my house-- 3 miles. AP  4:30.  Talk about a headwind and UPHILL!!  BAD combo.  The last mile was downhill but the wind was so intense I got no speed out of it!!

Made Whole wheat  (grinded myself) Applesauce Muffins.   2 Tablespoons of honey and 2 T of olive oil, homemade apple sauce and cinnamon.  YUM!!  Real butter on them.  Ate two before leaving to workout.

After workout-- made a green smoothie--  green leaf lettuce, brocolli, carrots, blueberries, peaches and a banana.  YUM.  Fills you up.

Also started taking Krill oil in gel tablet form.   Need all the help I can get with some good ol' omega 3 fatty acids!!!

IS that smoothie really good? Maybe I should start experimenting.

Yum those muffins sound so good! You better bring me some if you work at UVRMC. The smoothie on the other hand sounds awful but I'm sure its good. Something about making smoothies with vegetables totally grosses me out!

Andrea--- Good for you you yes. Good tasting??? I would have to say yes but certainly not like an all fruit smoothie. The added banana blueberry and peaches really adds the flavor of course. Fills you up greatly actually. Probably better with avocado and some flaxseed but haven't bought them yet. It is NOT like bad medicine at all. Quite palatable. Place in blender with 2 cups water and ice to desired consistency and any veggies and fruit you want. NO MILK. No ice cream. No added sugar. Try it. I was thinking of buying spinach avacodo and pineapple today for a new kind of boost-- iron :D.

Rachelle, it really isn't as gross as it sounds and LOOKS AT TIMES :D.
