I will hope for the best for you. It's so frustrating to be limited by your body. But you, my dear, are one true inspiration for getting out there and suffering through the pain day after day!!

Glad you are feeling better Julie. I will give you 8 words of advice for Ogden "Act like a horse. Be dumb, just run." Okay it was 9 words. Try not to think. Don't obsess about pace or how you are feeling, ect. Just zone out and run!

Not seeing a miracle....i am hoping this is jist a steroid flare but it should be passing over next 24 hours. I am getting sadder by the hour but not completely without hope. I just want to finish rachelle. That pace listed was if i got a miracle of no pain. I hope i m wmart and take the dns if pain pr

Hope your improving at least a little. :) That steroid should be helping soon.. ?

From Jackie82 on Fri, May 17, 2013 at 08:44:19 from 18.189.56.67

It sounds like a flare. It should go away. If it's a flare you should ice it! Hopefully that will help. Read your blog title and think about what you have battled through for this. Assess the start/DNS based on that. I hope it is feeling better already!
