Difficulty getting tired at night and staying asleep and body feels so off. Bur.ning heel and joints aching. So much effort to run faster pace. Chronic fatigue. Maybe from 69 hours worked sun to sun and 56 miles running. I hope. Ap 8:40. Ran at 1230 and stopped and talked to kim for 15 min at mile 2 at her house. So hard to start again. Lips and tongue burn.

daughter brooke sick fifth day with high fever and I felt it in my joints last night and achy when I awoke.  Lots of stiffness below knees as has been usual this past spring/summer and now into fall.  drove courtney to school then went to rec center and ran 1/2 mile at 8:57, 1/2 at 8:48, 1/2 mile at 8:41, 0.25 miles at 8:34 all at 15 then right into 12 x 0.1 miles-- always starting at for example 3.73 miles increasing it to the pace and staying there til 3.85 miles so it is exactly 0.1 miles at pace.  All at 1 % incline.  First four at 10 mph (6:00), second four at 10.1 (5:56) mph, next two at 10.2 (5:52) mph, then 1 x 10.3 (5:49)  and 1 x 10.4 (5:46).  Recovery pace at 8:34 (7.0).  Then got off got a drink and stretched briefly.  Then did 3 x 1 mile.  6:22, 6:22 and 6:13 to 6:14 (6:22 for 2.5 lap, then 6:15 for 1 lap then upped to 6:00 pace for half lap).  All at 0.5% incline.  Recovery pace for last 1.75 miles at 8:20 to 8:27 miles.  Total 10 miles.  Brooke sice for her important soccer game but played about 20 minutes.  Tough game with a no calling ref.  Won 1 to 0 against a team not score on yet this season . : D.  Jenna scored!!!

No garmin. Guestimate as i know where first two mile point is. Ap 8:25. Teaching skills day. So tired. Was not tired during run. Took 1 pain pill last night to fall asleep...so probably residual tiredness. Oh and a melatonin cherry juice concentrate. Double whammy.
