5 mile run to vasa. 1/2 mile jog on tm. 1-2 zone. 2X20 min with five min in between 7.9 first ten min 8 mph last ten. 6.5 mph in between. Then 8.0 mph for most of run. A little at at 8.1 mph. Maybe four or five minutes. Called in to work mid way through second one. Summer drove me to work.
