two miles so easy pace. pelvis and symphisis achy!! burning. so just a jog. then 5-6 percent incline at 5-6.5 mph pace for one mile then 800 x 2 with stop rest at 7:30 pace. Ended with another uphill mile as before. Just could feel a pull in 800 in hamstring. so i ran guarded. and uphill felt pelvis last 1/2 mile. made it five miles. chiro appt after. worked last wednesday. not as much this time. think running aggravated the whole left back thing.
